Privacy Notice
Last updated: 25 July 2026
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Versmis Ltd (“Versmis”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under number 17350445, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are the controller for personal information collected through this website. Questions: admin@versmis.com.
2. What this notice covers
It covers personal information we handle through versmis.com — our company website. It does not cover the GeoApp application, which is governed by its own privacy policy on the GeoApp website.
3. What we collect
- Messages you send us. If you email us (for example via a link on this site), we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and the contents of your message.
- Basic technical data. Our website is served by a third-party hosting provider which may automatically process limited technical information (such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your request) to deliver the site securely and reliably.
This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers, and sets no non-essential cookies.
4. Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry — legitimate interests, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To keep the website secure and available — legitimate interests in protecting our site and its visitors.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations — where we are required by law to keep certain records.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and our email (for example our hosting and email providers), acting on our instructions, and with authorities where we are legally required to.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK-approved transfer mechanisms) to protect your information.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to deal with your message and for a reasonable period afterwards. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security. Records we must keep by law are retained for the required period.
8. Your rights
You have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal information, and to data portability, where these apply. To exercise them, email admin@versmis.com.
You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we’d appreciate the chance to help first.
9. Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. We’ll change the “last updated” date above when we do.
